Returns
At Minded Motion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order. Follow the steps below to easily start a return.
Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive the package. After notifying us of your return, you have 10 working days to send the product back.
How to Return?
- Download the return form: Instead of contacting our customer service, you can easily download the return form via the button below. Fill in the form and include it with your return shipment.
- Package your products carefully: Make sure the products are properly packaged, preferably in the original packaging.
- Send the package back: The package, including the completed return form, can be carefully sent to the following address:

The return shipping costs are at your own expense unless we made an error with your order. In such cases, please contact our customer service. - Receive your refund: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs from the initial order) to your account within 14 days.
Conditions for Returns
You are not entitled to a refund or replacement for the following defects:
- Normal wear and tear of clothing.
- If the clothing no longer has a label or tag.
- Defects caused by improper or intensive use.
- Excessive perspiration.
- Discoloration or staining of shoes and clothing.
- Picking at clothing or shoes.
- Fit issues caused by washing or drying. (Please pay attention to the washing instructions on the website! The prints on the products may fade slightly after multiple washes, and the fit may change.)
- Cracks in the print caused by washing or drying. (Always wash the product inside out.)
- Defects caused by external factors such as friction, sharp objects, or chemicals.
- Defects in the water- and windproof properties of clothing and/or bags, unless otherwise stated in the product description on our webshop.
- Items that cause physical discomfort due to the design, such as sweating or blisters.
- Defects in logos that come loose due to frequent wear or picking at the clothing.
Exceptions
Personalized items and custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are received damaged or defective.
